When does my referral count?
As soon as you submit the form, as long as we have not already been talking with the team. You do not need to send them anything. We reach out to them ourselves.
Someone else referred the same team. Who gets it?
Whoever submitted the team first. If the team was already in conversation with PrismaX before your referral, there is no fee.
How long does my referral last?
12 months from the day you submit it. If the team signs within that window, the referral is yours.
Referral terms
The fee is 5% of fees paid on the team's first contract, capped at $100K per referred company. A referral is valid only if it is submitted through this page before the team was in active conversation with PrismaX. Fees are paid in USD within 30 days of PrismaX receiving payment. PrismaX employees and contractors are not eligible. PrismaX may update these terms; referrals already made keep the terms in place when they were made.
